Directories by Design specializes in publishing informative, custom designed hotel guest directories. We ensure that your Guest Service Directory adheres to brand standards and provides guests with helpful information about the hotel, your local community, businesses, attractions and restaurants.
We offer a variety of ways hotels can obtain their Guest Directory including Ad-Sponsored and Hotel Purchase Programs. With an Ad-Sponsored Program, hotels may receive their directory at no cost (or at a discounted cost based on revenue generated through ad sales). Our directories are available in various styles including vinyl and leather 3 ring binders and self bound paper directories.
Front Desk Property Map & Guides
These Front Desk Property Map & Guides feature a Hotel Property Map on the front and local area information (including restaurants, attractions, shopping and places of worship) on the back. In many instances, Corporate Quality Assurance Guidelines mandate that hotels have Map & Guides available for guests at check-in. We can help assure that you are compliant with Brand Standards.
Directories by Design takes into consideration the environmental impacts of printed materials and we print these Property Maps on 8.5″ x 11″ #20 recycled paper with soy ink.

With participation of local businesses, these concierge pocket passports are typically provided at no cost to local hotels.

Directories by Design works with several vendors to provide our clients with a large array of branded promotional items including polo shirts, t-shirts, hats, pens, magnets, to-go bags, luggage tags, branded gift store items and more!
Our electronic key cards are made with durable, UV coated plastic and can be printed with your logo, or an advertisement of your choice. And, to make things easier, they can be encoded on your premises by all widely used security systems (includes Magnetic Stripe: Hi-Co or Lo-Co). Standard size fits all electronic locks.
