Theresa A. Victory

Theresa A. Victory, ceo & publisher, has the experience and education to lead this diversified team of associates. Theresa has a degree in International Business and a minor in Spanish from Kutztown University. She also attended La Universidad de las Americas (Puebla, Mexico), the University of Madrid (Spain) and NYU where she studied Integrated Marketing. Theresa acquired more than 10 years of account management and business development experience while working for various ad agencies in NYC including Grey Advertising, McCann Erickson, Wunderman Cato Johnson and Plant Leap (an integrated multicultural ad agency). Theresa obtained an extensive knowledge of project management and print production while working on the launch of LL Bean’s first direct mail campaign in Japan. She also managed numerous national and international marketing campaigns for IBM, Calvin Klein, NationsBank, State Street, MetLife and Lockheed Martin.

Upon relocating to Florida, Theresa held various Management positions with Chamber of Commerces. Through this experience, she began helping businesses promote their products and services to their local communities. As the economy slowed, restaurant owners began looking for a greater return on their investment and wanted targeted advertising options. Theresa realized that the travel and tourism industry could provide the hospitality market this opportunity by offering them advertising options in Hotel Guest Directories. Combining this marketing knowledge with her business development and print production experience, she launched Directories by Design.

Directories by Designs specializes in publishing Hotel Guest Directories, Regional Guides & Maps, Hotel Key Cards and marketing materials for Restaurants. The company assures that these directories meet corporate brand standards, contain helpful information about the hotel and provide local information about where to dine, what to do and what attractions to visit while traveling. Hotel Guest Directories have been published for various brands including the Embassy Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites and the Best Western.
